Job Overview
We are seeking a Payroll Officer for a full-time position with a Killarney based client for an immediate start.
The Payroll Officer will process the payroll of 180 staff, who are paid fortnightly. Employees work days, evenings, nights and weekends, thus there will be multiple pay scales and shifts premiums in operation.
Responsibilities / experience
Collate employee hours and amendments and input into payroll software.
Process all new starters and leavers on the payroll system as required.
Previous experience within a large and busy payroll function.
A high degree of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
High level of ability on Excel & relevant payroll software experience (MircoPay ideally)
IPASS qualification and Accounting Technician qualification a plus, PAYE Modernisation experience
