OBJECTIVE: Partnering with the leadership team to implement and administer initiatives that contribute to the achievement of defined objectives. Support talent optimization programs that strengthen talent and leadership capabilities across the Business Services Division.
SCOPE: Assist with the deployment of relevant onboarding, technical, leadership skills and development training. Ensuring our company’s values and 5Cs are at the core of how we do business, foster career growth and increased engagement from hire to retire.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with core training and development initiatives for hourly, management support, and salaried teams across the Business Services Division. Assist with executing HR strategies that support business objectives. Assist with administering HR programs in a variety of areas including talent & performance development, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, retention, and engagement. Partner with HR leadership to help address areas of opportunities identified with the use of business and people analytics. Develop a strong business acumen to assist with meeting operational efficiencies. Assist with HR functions to include legal administration, compliance, disciplining, policy administration and consistent implementation, conflict resolution and terminations for team members within the Business Services Division.
REQUIREMENTS:Education and Experience: College degree (or equivalent experience) with 2 years of previous Human Resources and/or Training & Development experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems & Data Analytics
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Experience in talent optimization. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Developed active listening skills required. Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt comfortably to interrupted workflow while ensuring customer service and timely execution. Ability to provide guidance and recommendations on HR issues to all levels of management while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Proven ability to influence and display professional courage.
