Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The role is primarily responsible for overall ECO program coordination as focal point of the participants in Shell Life, Technician and Operator Professional Programme (TOPP) from onboarding to exit. Further, this role will be a back-up support for Trader Development Programme (TDP) learning operations.

KEY ACTIVITIES:


End to End coordination of learning programs in-scope

Regular Reporting of Program KPIs in collaboration with Learning Program Advisors

Query Management and monitoring of relevant operational actions for programs in-scope

Proper Documentation of Program Tasks and Processes

Support the delivery of CI initiatives linked to program objectives

Support for program communication, engagement and marketing initiatives as aligned with the learning program owner (LPA) and with guidance from Operations Team Leader
