Job Description:
General Position Definition & Purpose:
HR Online portal acts as an overarching Employee self-service portal and front-end to Workday and other systems used in HR. It is used across Shell and enable employees and Managers to perform the following:
• Access HR policies, guidelines and information
• View/update HR data and trigger HR process
• Get in touch with HR Operations via various channels (phone/email/chat)
• Access other HR systems (like Workday and Salesforce) and other information sources
This role is a member of the HR Portal BizDevOps support organization integral with wider Digital HR’s Salesforce Support organization.
The main responsibility of HR Portal Content Editor is to provide support in the collection and maintenance of information from authorized requestors within the Shell HR Function and to uphold the global standard process of managing the information within the main HR Portal.
As part of the overall Digital HR organization, HR Portal Content Team is also actively promoting continuous improvement mindset to stakeholders and partners in order to find way on how to make HR Online a more intuitive, one-stop shop portal for all End-Users.
This role has no direct reports.
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide centralized management of HR Online contents submitted by authorized policy experts (global and local policy authors) within the Shell HR Function. Manages HR Online contents by creating, editing and deleting contents in the portal, using Salesforce and SharePoint. Investigates and find resolutions to content related feedback and defects and ensure resolution is met. Work closely with HR Content Analyst and HR Content Owners to deliver global or country-specific requirements/requests in HR Online. Operates within the standardized processes of publishing contents in HR Online and to maintain consistency and quality of services provided to stakeholders and partners. Drives continuous improvement on content management activities in HR Online whilst complying to the governing standard processes and guidelines of Shell. Apply Agile-Scrum methodology, contribute to Scrum meetings and support effective sprint planning, by timely refining requirements. Contributes to positive work environment and participates to company sponsored activities such as team building, pre-shifts, town halls, etc.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
University degree, preferably in IT, Human Resources, Psychology
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills is required.
Awareness on Information Risk Management, Data Privacy, Information Management and Group Records Management Standards.
Knowledge to Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Employee Community is a plus.
Customer excellence and training/facilitation skills.
Ability to influence business stakeholders to drive compliant IM behaviours & lead by example.
Continuous Improvement mindset/skills.
Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment.
Ability to work virtually within a global community.
Fluent in English.
