Job Description

The Labor and Employee Relations group supports all aspects of the Company's relationship with its employees. The group's primary responsibilities include providing guidance to business and HR leaders, ensuring the Company's compliance with labor and employment laws, developing the Company's employment policies and practices, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, conducting investigations, overseeing the Company's alternative dispute resolution program, and administering the Company's annual employee survey.
