Human Resources are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This exciting new role will suit someone who wants to be critical to the success for delivering the strategic and operational recruitment demands covering academic, research and professional services staff. You will partner with leadership teams to support and implement key talent attraction strategies as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to develop talent pipelines and source potential candidates. There will be a focus on University reputation and branding to help shape us as an employer of choice both within the UK and internationally whilst increasing our applicant diversity and providing an inclusive candidate experience. You should possess a blend of recruitment and HR functional skills, have exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion to develop innovative ways to attract, recruit and on-board high calibre staff from across the globe. You will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and providing expertise and advice to managers to influence approaches and outcomes.
