Our client, a leader in construction equipment, has a rare opportunity for a Human Resource Manager
to join their team.
This person will oversee the Human Resource and Payroll activities throughout a region for multiple entities. The Human Resource Manager
will provide direct support and guidance for all employee related materials according the organizations strategy and culture.

What you will be doing:
Strategic business partner

Work with Corporate leadership to champion and execute corporate programs and initiatives
Work with the operations team to implement innovative HR solutions
Leadership Development

Work with leaders to create development plans for their teams
Mentor leaders within the organization
Coach and mentor HR support personnel to execute daily HR activities
Talent Acquisition

Cultivate internal talent
Ensure appropriate onboarding is in place
Partner with HR support and Managers to acquire top talent
Employee Relations

Contribute to the creation of a workplace that mirrors the values of the organization
What you will need:
Previous experience managing and developing HR team members
Knowledge of local regulations and laws across the spectrum of Human Resources
Ability to connect with individuals across all levels of the organization
Conflict resolution skills
Technical aptitude to manage the full spectrum of HR duties
