Job Title - Talent Acquisition Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like Recruitment:•    Handle manpower planning by working closely with line managers, supervisors, and finance•    Work closely with line managers to identify staffing needs, candidate selection criteria, suggest the managers on headcount request process and provide constant update to managers regarding employment market and current trend of talent landscape.•    Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.•    Recruit and perform recruitment activities such as job advertisement, candidate sourcing, resume & phone screening, interview arrangement & candidate interviewing, recommend final selection of applicants, close qualified candidates, completing reference check process, salary negotiation and extending offers•    Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, universities, and staffing partners•    Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, candidate offer approval form and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders•    Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Aon Recruit (iCIMS) •    Managing hiring processes via Aon Recruit to ensure that hiring information has been transmitted to Workday accuracy.•    Prepare employment contracts and others such as insurance application, provident fund application, employee handbook & code of business conduct to provide to new staff•    Ensure that recruitment operation complies corporate’s policies and compliances •    Prepare for onboarding by coordinating with line managers, Aon Connectors, and other parties as well as provide necessary information to new staff •    Work closely with line manager to create and maintain updated information of all headcount’s requests•    Handle onboarding & orientation program, also monitoring probation evaluation •    Handle internship project by coordinating with officer of target universities•    Handle campus roadshow by coordinating both internal and external parties as well as being co-guest speaker to share experience to students and build employer branding•    Work closely with HR Director and regional team for any issues related to recruitment such as a new policy/process Others:•    Managing mobility cases in line with the internal policies and regulations including visa and work permit matters•    Work closely with an external visa agency to prepare all necessary documents for work permit and visa application, extension, cancellation, and 90 days report notification for foreign colleagues •    Work closely with the Global Spend Management team to ensure an onboarding process of a new vendor/supplier is smooth and accurate.•    Perform other duties or projects as reasonably assigned by the supervisor  Skills and experience that will lead to successBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources ManagementMinimum 4-5 years’ experience in HRMExcellent in spoken and written EnglishProficiency in MS Office, especially Word & ExcelBasic knowledge in labor law & social securityExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsSelf-Motivated & Result Oriented Flexibility, analytical thinking & independentExcellent human relation skillHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
