be part of the team that crafts and implements the core talent strategy and programs for our 1500 **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.ans globally. You will be expected to contribute towards building the overall talent strategy at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and help translate the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. talent philosophy into meaningful programs and initiatives. As a member of the Talent Management team you will assist in translating and integrating **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s talent philosophy into practice. You will provide support across design, implementation, change management, communication, measurement, and overall program management
What You’ll Do
Support talent management team with designing scalable talent management and development programs in line with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s talent philosophy.
Assist the team in running the annual performance review process for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and the technology to support it. Contribute to the continuous evolution of our performance management strategy to provide ongoing development of our employees and to drive business impact.
Contribute to development and execution of other programs including but not limited to
Career development tools and frameworks
Leadership and high-potential development
Internal mobility programs
Manage program communication and outreach/marketing
Create learning resources / materials to increase program efficacy
Build communication plans and engagement strategies to help initiatives gain traction within our teams
Work closely with Talent COE partners (Total Rewards, l&D, DE&I, Culture team and Internal Comms) to deliver world class talent programs
Leverage talent management metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods; highlight trends and provide recommendations

What is required of you?
5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Management
Experience in large scale processes and projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders that require robust change management and communication
Experience building career development frameworks as the foundation for an internal talent marketplace
Strong business acumen and credibility to accurately anticipate the impact of business events on talent needs
Proven capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms.
Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to change and accelerated timelines
Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business, Organizational Effectiveness or a related field preferred
Prior experience in Strategy/HR consulting is a good to have
