Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter, Technology / Operations will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the recruitment strategies and activities in support of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Advertising's major brands: Effectv & FreeWheel, focusing primarily on supporting Technical roles. This role can be based in a remote location.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Oversees the recruitment process in its entirety, from job creation to on-boarding

Collaborates with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities

Cultivates and maintains relationships to source candidates

Evaluates employment applications, screens and interviews candidates, and provides employment recommendations

Assures compliance with regulatory requirements

Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Implements a holistic technical recruitment strategy

Partner with HRBP/TM/TA regarding specific messaging related but not limited to DE&I recruitment initiatives.

Leverage all available resources (internally and externally) to develop creative sourcing strategies and programs designed to recruit the right talent; drives team respective goals relative to internal movement, military hiring, diversity make up.

Ensures hiring needs of the department/division/business unit are met with quality hires in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Develops and maintains relationships with businesses, government, and community service agencies, colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and other recruiters.

Ensures the department's policies and procedures are compliant with Company’s policies and legal guidelines.

Coaches hiring leaders on effective recruitment and interviewing practices and facilitates interview training.- Utilizing knowledge of external talent market data to consult and influence talent strategy

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent strongly preferred

5 years’ experience and proven track record in an agency, start up and/or corporate full-cycle technical recruitment role with a specific focus on recruiting experienced Software Development, Architecture, Product Management, Engineering and/or Business Intelligence professionals.

Understanding of pipelining prospective candidates using a variety of tools, e.g. boolean search, candidate databases, social media aggregators, or coding repositories

High level of expertise and success in building credibility with executive level hiring managers

Understanding of technology compensation and the ability to analyze compensation packages

Prior experience sourcing for a wide variety of roles within technology focused organizations is highly desirable

Proven success in building influential relationships with technical SME’s to executive level candidates

Ability to understand, articulate and document hiring manager requirements to help formulate a clear value proposition for attracting high caliber candidates

Proven ability to assess external candidates for capability to perform job requirements (i.e. leadership, competencies, culture fit, and other compatibility requirements)
