The Team

This internship sits within PVH Talent Acquisition in HR. This role is as Talent Acquisition Intern.

A Day in The Life of a Talent Acquisition Intern

Our intern is expected to come in to support the team in daily activities as well as bring fresh perspective. The intern will learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is interested in acquiring all rounded experience in talent acquisition. One third of the time will be spent in recruiting, one third in employer branding and one third in recruitment operations.

• Conduct Talent Market mapping of capabilities to define cost-availability-location of talent

• Search and source talent

• Learn the end-to-end recruitment cycle, attending Recruitment Strategy Meetings, Interviews, Selection processes

• Learning alongside the Recruitment Operations team in the day-to-day process, systems and dashboard updates and analysis

• Carry out desk research into Employer Branding Best Practices across competitors

• Contribute to expanding and implementing our employer brand, focusing on our career pages

• Create online content for our career page, social media channels and Talent Community newsletters

• Be able to share your affinity with or passion for marketing, HR and branding

• Exercising your MS Office knowledge

Must Haves

• Eligible to work within the EU

• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education for the entire internship

• Available from 01 Feb 2023 for a 6-month, full time program
