The HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Team Lead role will provide overall leadership to the HR Generalists team within the country and liaise with Country HRSD leader to continuously review and improve quality delivery of HR services. Looking at ways to use technology to drive HR data accuracy.Actively participate and at times lead the review and enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating process.Working with Country Head of HRS to continuous working on building consistent operational workflow.Support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes and technologyHR Generalists Team LeadershipProvide direction and expertise to the HR Generalist team to operationalise HR administration and delivery, ensure consistency, while accommodating local regulatory requirements, where necessaryPlay key role in the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives in the responsible country to standardise processes, identify efficiencies, and drive additional scope to global/regional shared servicesTake active role in developing and delivering local HR-related communicationsAct as an escalation point of contact for non-routine manager and colleague issues that need a leadership view; escalate to Head of HRSD, COEs or People Partners, as necessaryCoach and develop HR Generalists team and provide performance management feedback as a people leaderCompliance and QualityBe responsible for the HR Generalists teams’ maintenance in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulationsAdhere and monitor HR service delivery standards, and quality assurance processes within the teamCollaborationCollaborate with functional partners (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, People Partners, region/country HR leaders etc.)   Partner with People Partners, COEs, and Country HRSD team to deploy in-year People Cycle.Skills and experience that will lead to successUniversity degree/Diploma in HR disciplineMinimum 7 years in a generalist HR role, prior team lead experience is a plus.Worked within mid-large size MNC company with diverse demographic.In-dept knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.Proven track record in leading and coaching team to deliver high quality results and acted as escalation point for complex HR matters.Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build strong rapport with key business stakeholders.Strong client focus with a passion for delivering added value.Strong organisation skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing prioritiesResults driven and take accountability for results.How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
