What’s the role?
The role reports to the Manager for Talent Operations and is part of the Leadership Team. This is a global role accountable for the execution of various Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) processes and activities, including performance monitoring and upholding data quality, integrity, and compliance. Interfacing with Talent Excellence, Business Talent, and DE&I in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in the delivery of the Talent Strategy.
The role also has 8 direct reports with a unique opportunity in contributing to global Talent and DE&I projects on an individual capacity. The incumbent will:
Lead the execution of Talent and DE&I processes/activities, interfacing with Talent Excellence, DE&I, Talent in the Business, and stakeholders external to Human Resource (HR) (IT, Real Estate, Health, Brand).
Ensure that service excellence behaviors and attributes are embedded in the team.
Lead, supervise, coach, and support a group of Talent Operations Advisors.
Ensure that process delivery is consistent with design, controls, data definitions, data quality standards and fit for purpose data privacy requirements.
Provide insights into employees and operations experience to enable the prioritization of process improvements for more efficient and effective working.
Provide monitoring and reporting of key process and operational metrics to Talent and HR communities.
Contribute to process design, process performance assessment and drives a continuous improvement mindset culture within the immediate team and the wider Talent Operations team.
What we need from you?

Excellent Operational experience.
Experience in Talent or HR Services is desirable.
Exposure to Project Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to understand talent processes and apply and keep abreast of business priorities that impact operations.
A thorough understanding of HR Process Management and governance as well as associated tools and frameworks.
Continuous improvement/LEAN mindset to improve end to end process optimization.
Ability to motivate, energize, and lead a team with passion and commitment.
