Description

The Clinical Recruiter 2 interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with Pharmacy recruiting from entry level to professional level roles. The Clinical Recruiter 2 work assignments involve moderately complex-to-complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. VSPs are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Clinical Recruiter 2 that will support recruitment for the Humana Pharmacy Solutions.


Full life cycle recruitment
Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas
Adaptive technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts
Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization's applicant tracking system
An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner


Required Qualifications


2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
Experience in a clinical recruiting and/or staffing environment
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Demonstrated strong consulting skills and ability to work in a team environment
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Strong work ethic, strong initiative, strong sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team
Comfortable with change and the ability to flow to the work as needed
Previous experience using applicant tracking systems
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Highly self-motivated and driven


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree
Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
Workday experience


Additional Information

This role is Variable Staffing Pool (VSP), hours can change and vary based on business needs. The standard hours are 8-5:00, Monday-Friday.

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field. Every associate and contractor who work inside a Humana facility or in the field, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a daily health-screening questionnaire.

Please note: Some areas of our business, such as the Primary Care Organization including CenterWell, Conviva, Kindred at Home, onehome, SeniorBridge, Neighborhood Centers, Pharmacy Distribution Centers and others, may be required to adhere to federal, state or local or additional workplace guidelines.

Work-At-Home Requirements:

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
