POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in order to identify, select and hire the best qualified candidates to meet specific labor and federal/state legal requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruits, sources, screens candidates and performs preliminary interviews
Coordinates interviews with appropriate hiring manager/administrative assistants to select qualified candidates for home office/professional offices specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federal/state employment law
Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition
Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other software databases
Assists in building and managing Employment Staffing Plan by entering information related to employment and hiring requirements
Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work
Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date)
Conducts operational and administrative portions of hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements)
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Effective use of customer service and conflict resolution skills
Effective us of communication and collaboration skills for working in a team or individually
Ability to plan, make decisions, and manage priorities/tasks
Technical skills with standard software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Power Point, etc.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience, required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing all phases of the professional recruitment and hiring process
Experience with recruiting to find candidates in various creative sourcing avenues, and not just posting and praying, as our industry calls it.
Passive Candidate Engagement methods with experience with LinkedIn analytics and other platforms.
Full and ongoing compliance with and adherence to all vaccination requirements, as may be established by the company from time to time or by or for a particular job site.
Preferred:
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Skill Survey and other Talent Acquisition applications
Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Business Management/Administration.
HRCI - PHR or SPHR certification; SHRM-CP or SCP certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Required to communicate in person, via telephone, and email. Use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi-limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Occasionally may adhere to extended periods of standing, walking and talking. Must possess vision (corrected or uncorrected) that allows for clear visibility.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work will be in a professional buttoned-up corporate office environment operating and functioning at a fast pace. Will be working out of cubicles near various human resource department teams who are also in cubes. Our corporate campus includes an on-site caf with various daily breakfast, lunch and snack-time selections, a sizeable fitness center equipped with various state of the art workout equipment & weights, outdoor walking/jogging-path, herb garden, basketball half-court, sand-volley ball court, soccer field, as well as a clinic with a certified nurse practitioner. Office noise levels will be low to moderate, but mainly low with neighbors' ****
