Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support employees, People Leaders and the HR team with expert guidance and advice on the GE Healthcare HR Information Systems and tools (Workday, performance management system, Culture survey tool, employee portal, etc.). In doing so, foster a culture of customer service excellence, teamwork, and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise and/or advising them on the right support channels.
Liaison between COEs, client groups & HR Partners to guide, address and/or resolve core employee lifecycle processes (e.g benefits, company cars, onboarding, Immigration/Cross border moves, time & attendance)
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and the Client Delivery team, to ensure open line communications that support an effective partnership and support our HR community as well as employees and People Leaders.
Be the Workday expert in system functionality, business processes, and audits
Provide quality HR data reporting in a timely manner to HR Zone Leaders and HR teams.
Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements within assigned processes, work closely with cross functional teams to proposing process improvements to reduce waste, manual work, align to global standards and increase productivity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or HR Client Support
Proficient in English and Spanish, with a good knowledge of Italian
Previous experience using and supporting HR System
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Characteristics
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
Experience in Workday HR system will be seen as an advantage
Excellent organizational skills – ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines
High degree of business acumen, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment across different business models
Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness. Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proactive approach to implementing continuous process improvements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Team player
