What you'll do... :

Leads projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency for our Payroll team. Identifies and implements appropriate controls. Reviews audit results and documents a strong audit trail. Develops plans for system implementations or upgrades including testing, reporting and communications. Acts as the subject matter expert in areas of responsibility and ensures that all processes are documented. Responds to inquiries from associates and leaders communicating results timely ensuring understanding.

What you'll bring to the team... :

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.


Work Experience:


2 years Minimum related work experience
Ability to analyze and interpret legislation and regulations
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills on matters ranging from moderate to complex.
Ability to communicate with and influence others.
Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
