The Position

The Senior Specialist Talent Development will design, develop and deliver programs and initiatives related to Leadership and People Management development. This role will work closely together with the Senior Manager Talent Development and partners with HR Directors, HR Business Partners and People Managers to understand development needs and deliver best-in-class education and exposure opportunities for our leaders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, builds, delivers and constantly improves our leadership development offering for first-line and middle managers within PVH Europe, independently and in partnership with external vendors.

  • Supports the development of leadership development programs and initiatives for senior and executive leadership, as well as Key Talents and Successors for critical roles.

  • Be the first point of contact for HR Directors, Business Partners and people managers for Leadership Development related queries, including education, executive coaching, 360 degree feedback tools etc.

  • Facilitates workshops within our Great People Managers programs, making sure our people managers are fully equipped and feel confident executing their role at every moment that matters throughout the associate lifecycle at PVH.

  • Drives the coaching process for first-line and middle managers; guides and supports the coachee and his/her manager in every step of the process and be the liaison between coachee, people manager and coach (through our coaching platform) ensuring a great and impactful coaching experience.

  • Facilitates our Development Assessment and 360 degree feedback processes; brief and guide participants, partner with external vendors to launch the feedback and facilitate the debrief of results where appropriate.

  • Contributes to the successful embedding of our soon to be launched Leadership Behaviors in all of our Leadership Development offering.

  • Works closely with HR colleagues and business leads across Europe to understand on-going development needs, ensuring that current learning activities support key business priorities.

  • Continuously assesses and improves our Leadership Development offering to ensure that it remains relevant and meets our quality requirements.

  • Delivers or arrange delivery for other training requests as required.

  • Maintains information related to leadership development tools and programs in our PVH University promotional communication tools, e.g Thread page, CampusApp, Course Brochure.

  • Partners with external vendors where appropriate and manage budget and vendor relations and agreements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Business degree ideally in Psychology, Management, Human Resources

  • Previous work experience is minimum of 6 years, of which minimum of 3 years in Talent Development or Talent Management

  • Has worked previously in an international matrix

  • Process-minded & driven: able to understand and oversee a process from beginning to end in a complex matrix organization

  • Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual

  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management and change management

  • Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving

  • Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes

  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with others inside and outside of own team
