Aon is looking for an Executive Benefits Specialist - Executive Life Insurance, Deferred Compensation Plans and Individual Disability Insurance We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Benefits Specialist in our Atlanta, GA, Bloomington, MN, or Dallas, TX office. This position will support Aon's Executive Benefits practice. The Executive Benefits practice is responsible for designing, implementing and administering Executive Life Insurance, Individual Disability Insurance, Deferred Compensation, and Supplemental Benefit plans. Aon’s Executive Benefits practice is the source for executive and physician benefit programs created for healthcare industry professionals. Our Benefits Specialists manage and administer customized benefit plans that are designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. Your Impact as an Executive Benefits Specialist Executive Benefits Specialists provide plan administrative services that include the following: Job Responsibilities: Provide exemplary service to Aon clients and their employees byMain point of contact for about 20-30 clients alongside a Sr. ConsultantResponsible for the day to day upkeep and administration of the plans for clients and participantsPrepare annual enrollment portal and applicable materials for existing participants in each plan during open enrollment (Typically Q4)Prepare and assemble communication materials for new and terminating participants as well as post-issue policy servicingAbility to improvise and create plan documents/materials as necessary for clientsCommunicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level services via email and phoneProcess mutual fund transactions and contributions with designated recordkeeperOrganize and coordinate workflow while managing numerous clients and deadlinesPartner with carriers to provide exceptions and solutions for our clientsMaintaining plan documentationProviding accurate deliverables in a timely mannerBuilding trusted relationships with clients and colleaguesIdentifying and implementing ideas for improvement in our processesSeeking training and self-development to exhibit an increasing knowledge of the industry You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: 0–5 years of corporate experienceAbility to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the phoneDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office and OutlookRespects highly confidential mattersAbility to handle a variety of concurrent projects, servicing clients proactively, as well as reacting appropriately to changing prioritiesAnalytical and creative problem-solving skills Preferred Experience: 2–5 years of corporate experienceLife Insurance administration experienceIndividual Disability Insurance knowledgeCustomer Service experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
