I would deal with design works and changes with you remotely.
You would receive the pays based on profit-sharing basis (according to deal amount by the Clients).

7. “Does-not-take-no” personality
8. The ability to approach strangers, even when it’s uncomfortable
9. Including follow-ups as needed (how you deal it is up to you)
10. Possesses own transport
11. Possesses own devices eg. phone and laptop
12. Singaporean or PR only
2 types:
1. You will find prospects and the rest I would deal and communicate with the prospects.
2. You will manage everything and Im dealing on design works only. (more pays)
