JOB RESPONSIBILITIES nn Research, analyze and present data as assigned. n Develop standard ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics. n Collaborate with reporting team to ensure data quality for reports that are consistent, reliable and accurate. n Monitor data integrity through various audits and collaborate with data entry teams to improve accuracy and process. n Troubleshoot data and reports n Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. nn Qualifications:QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS nn B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology or equivalent related education and experience. n Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and/or other HCM platforms is a plus. n Experience developing reports and data visualizations preferred. n Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills are a must. n Ability to learn quickly, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail required n Must be a self-starter willing to take initiative as well as collaborative and team oriented. n Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office Applications required. n Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred (vlookup, pivot tables, slicers, charts, etc.) n Ability to compare data from various sources to ensure data being reported is accurate. n SharePoint and Power BI experience preferred n Experience in data analysis and predictive programming (R or Python) preferred nn #LI-CK1 As a healthcare company we have an important responsibility to protect individual and public health.
