Job Description:
The core purpose of the Human Resources Manager / Country HR Director role is to provide strategic HR partnering advice and support to Retail Management Team and Country Coordination Team in Ukraine.Build capabilities for HR areas & processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Local & Global Policy, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Administration (car fleet) and Office services support.Ensure HR practices comply with local legislation and in line with global Shell HR Policies.Ensure that Employer Brand is attractive and EVP is competitive for the country.Lead the team of HR and Admin specialists and deliver through the team:provision of HR advice, coaching and support to the business delivery of local HR plan to enable local business plan delivery and local delivery of global HR strategies
execution of global process, strategy and change initiatives at a country level, in liaison with global HR in the Business colleagues
definition and delivery of organizational Design/ Effectiveness interventions, advice and support to the business on managing organizational change and the provision of country-specific ER/IR, legislative and policy advice as required. Manage
:Lead and coach HRteamProvide daily support to HRteamand act as escalation point for complex cases; Plan and resource
:Frame and ensure execution of the talent agenda for the country including ensuring delivery of local Experienced Hire targets; Deploy
:In partnership with HRspecialistsmanage complex and/or large-scale organisational change and lead country-specific ER/IR advice; Develop
:Via HRteam, ensure the delivery of global talent processes including CEP (potential review) and D&I reviews;Define and deliver country-specific talent interventions in relation to the market/ business/function needs in order to ensure overall delivery of global talent plans;Partner with in-country leadership team to manage country succession planning; Reward
:Ensure consistent and effective deployment and delivery of global reward and performance processes including IPR (Individual Performance Review).
