HR Learning Advisor

What is the role

As HR Learning Advisor, you will be responsible of the following duties:


Works towards developing their personal/professional mastery, emotional & social intelligence, learning prowess, and has deep compassion for developing others, to create value within the organization.
Strategic and Critical Thinking to identify the immediate, intermediate, and long-term needs and solutions as we upskill our employees and create the required level of competencies to meet the needs of the Energy Transition.
Project Management to plan, organize, and manage multiple learning solutions/ business projects that are identified through data analysis such as learning reviews, customer feedback, Learning Loops, LFIs, and/or customer engagements effectively and efficiently.
Change Management – Effectively engaging key stakeholders to implement the needed changes within the work process, upskilling individuals, and teams, and applying/sharing the needed resources for individual development via the human learning model 70/20/10. (And others)
Courageous Leadership - Ability to respectfully challenge the status quo, engage leaders and team members with proposed solutions and take action to deliver and communicate the next steps.
Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate learning solutions through effectively utilizing data to apply practical and fit-for-purpose solutions to improve and/or solve dilemmas, issues, and close skill gaps within our organizations.
Proven Business Consulting experience and facilitation skills are critical and serve as a business partner who demonstrates a learner mindset and supports key stakeholders, peers, front-line leaders, and employees to deepen competence and build capability.
Strong collaborator and cultivates teamwork by leveraging the best practices amongst our teams and sharing successful solutions and their capabilities.
Drive Continuous improvement & innovative solutions to eliminate inefficiencies and waste and increase the level of value and impact to the business.


Requirements

What we need from you


Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Candidate must have minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
Competence Assurance and Assessment to determine an employee’s level of competence and provide the fit-for-purpose solution to develop said competence with the plan/strategy to track results and continuously improve.
Skilled in the use, application, and measuring of the value of a myriad of Learning Solutions Skills – ADDIE, Andragogy and Pedagogy, Learning Analysis and Strategic solutions, Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Evaluation, facilitation and presentation delivery, and employee development plans or strategies.
Grounded in a Learner Mindset and continuously learning about their area of skills internally and externally.
Experience in PowerBI, Power Automate and Microsoft applications.
