The Talent Acquisition team acts as an internal agency, identifying the best talent internally or by engaging the eternal market, for positions at PVH Europe, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. We couple active recruitment with solid pipeline building for future hiring needs. Our team is comporised of specialists and generalist talent who support different business areas across the greater organization.

The Position

As Talent Acquisition Intern, you will collaborate with several teams across HR and the broader organization, with focus on a few key projects in your 8-month assignment. The projects vary from operational to strategic, from supporting the crafting, recruitment, and onboarding of the PVH’s Autumn intetnship cycle, to assisting in key regional systems projects supporting Talent Acquisition. This role reports into Opertaional Excellence Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help attract and recruit PVH interns for the Sept 2021 cycle, developing strategies to attract high-potential students for our business areas

  • Manage relationships with key universities across EMEA (focus on Netherlands) and help organize dedicated, virtual recruitment events

  • Create a short list of accredited schools to target for internships in each business hub

  • Assist with the Internship Onboarding program

  • Help choose selection tools and the creation of a screening protocol with automation as the key driver

  • Work closely with TA / broader HR teams on key systems related projects

  • Help advise on long-term internship and graduate program strategies

  • Off-board interns and prepare for spring 2022 cycle

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently enrolled in a Universiry and available for a 6-8 month engagement preferably start in May 2021.

  • Available a min of 12 hours per week during the school year, and 40 hours per week during the summer

  • Eligible to work and live in the EU

  • Has a keen interest in HR and more specifically, Talent Acquisition

  • Strong English-language communication skills, both verbal and written

  • A master at Microsoft Office Suite – you will be creating reports, decks, and synthesizing data, so Excel PowerPoint fluency is a must

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the art of the possible    

  • A bold and fearless self-starter who can easily navigate a matrixed environment independently, and working from home

  • Organisationally evolved; you love bringing order to chaos, multitasking is in your DNA,  and you keep your projects in pristine condition
