EMEA Payroll Manager
Our Client has grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in their sector. A dedicated data centre delivery partner headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe are seeking a EMEA Payroll Manager
to join their team in Ballymount, County Dublin
, in this full time, permanent
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of the weekly payroll for the staff that are on-site, i.e. tools staff
Preparation of the monthly information for submittal to the payroll providers, i.e. Starters/Leavers
Ensuring all staff are registered in the jurisdiction and updating the trackers
Handle all payroll queries i.e. work permits, A1's, EHIC cards
Manage monthly expense claims forms
Skills, qualification & experience:
Experience in a similar role, with the use of Sage and Soft works advantageous
Previous experience with International Payroll highly desired
Must be IPASS certified
Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project
The EMEA Payroll Manager will manage the payroll team while overseeing processing end to end payroll for the staff within several European jurisdictions.
