Technology Recruiter
The Technology Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting recent graduates to join our exciting Research, Engineering and Manufacturing teams in positions such as mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and research scientists.
Ultimately, the Technology Recruiter is charged to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best talent, while growing a strong talent pipeline and representing our core company values and branding.

Role and Responsibilities:
Utilize social media tools including LinkedIn, Handshake, Ripplematch etc. to engage with potential candidates
Represent Schlumberger professionally at recruiting activities including interviews, university visits, and career fairs either on-site or virtually. This position does require travel during the career fair seasons: August thru October and January thru March.
Establish contacts with universities and coordinate recruiting events.
Acts as a first point of contact for new recruits. Manage candidates through the interview process and keep them informed along the way.
Conduct screening interviews with representatives of the business groups and refer screened candidates for further consideration.
Helps develop and shape our EVP, recruitment strategy, talent acquisition technology stack and supports the company's positive candidate experience initiatives
Help coach and develop new and existing team members.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
Comply with Schlumberger’s Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
3 years previous recruiting experience in the engineering space with proven results
Full cycle recruiting knowledge
Experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts
Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit with thorough knowledge of technology industry landscape, diversity recruiting and market trends
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
