The Team

The Total rewards department is responsible for designing, optimizing and executing the European PVH rewards strategy, philosophy, programs, policies and initiatives, focusing on compensation, Benefits and global mobility. The department is split into four pillars, HQ and Executive compensation, European and Retail Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility.

The Total Rewards department is part of the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, acting as a Center of Excellence within the overall Human Resources department.

The Position

The Director Benefits PVH Europe position reports into the VP Total Rewards PVH Europe. The position is responsible to drive the strategic direction of all insured and non-insured benefits programs within the European region whilst staying aligned with our overall Total Rewards philosophy. The position interacts with HR leads within the European countries and collaborates with Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and HR Operations both in EHQ and in the countries.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of regional benefit programs and processes across 20+ countries
  • Advisory role on wider wellbeing strategy in close partnership with our Employee Engagement team, influencing the emotional-, social-, physical- and financial wellbeing plans
  • Monitor utilization of existing benefit programs through key success indicators and drive efficiencies.
  • Ensure regional benefits programs remain competitive with local markets, aligned with our overall total rewards strategy and are compliant with local legislation.
  • Manage relationships with benefit providers and brokers and drive benefit renewal processes and negotiations across European region
  • Lead regional and support global rollouts of new benefits programs and ensure effective implementation and communication
  • Collaborate with global benefits team in planning- and budgeting activities, reporting, governance and stakeholder management
  • Drive analysis of current trends in benefits and wellbeing in the workplace, translating into new benefits offerings
  • Identify and own benefit process optimization, improving delivery of benefits offering



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field
  • 10+ year’s experience in regional and/or global benefits management in an international matrix organization
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Detailed orientated and solution driven
  • Analytical skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Influencing
  • Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills – End to End
  • HRIS experience, working knowledge of Workday is a plus
  • Experienced user of MS office, highly experienced in Excel
  • Experience in Retail / FMCG industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
