Position closes on March 4, 2022 at 5:00 PMnSalary: Depending on Experience (DOE) nThis position is responsible for providing overall program support to the HR operations and other functions within the Enterprise by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.nEssential Duties And Responsibilities:nnPromotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.nAssists the Guest Service Manager with support on multiple concurrent Human Resources projects and programs (guest service, recognition, wellness, Title 4 (alcohol) training, Title 31 (AML) training, food handler's training, etc.)nManage multiple deadlines, pays attention to details, and remain organized and track deliverables.nDevelops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.nDevelops educational courses in the learning management system and sends out communication to employees to take courses.nSchedule, organize, and coordinates on-site employee testing and/or training classes.nMaintains and updates employee information in the Human Resources Information System.nProcess documentations, licenses and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (trainings, employee testing, audits, etc.)nInteracts with department management and team members to provide guidance on how to fulfill their needs.nMaintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness. nPerforms other special projects and duties as assigned.nnSkills/ RequirementsnnHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.nExperience in project and/or program coordination required, preferably in a casino gaming environment. nMust become proficient in using our learning management system in order to maintain courses, offerings, registration, and to run reports.nSome experience in recognition and wellness programs preferred.nAbility to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest. nMust possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. nThis position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.nnnImportant NotesnAs a condition of employment, all new hires must pass the following:nPre-employment Alcohol/Drug Test.
