Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for delivering HR advice to employees and line managers; supporting managers with HR-related cases.
Provide seamless end-to-end resolution of HR queries to line managers and employees. Queries may include, but not limited to: Exit/ Redundancy management; Policy guidance; Absence management; Leave, Retirement, Benefits advice
Support Line Managers with Organizational Management related to organizational changes and resourcing.
Support Line Managers with local and global policy queries.
Apply policies to specific business situations, including determining exceptions.
Support with the execution of global/local change initiatives.
Upon request, provide insight to line managers through analysis of data from Workday and other HR Systems.
Take on broader or more complex cases, partnering with COEs as needed (e. g. ER/IR, HR Consultancy, Policy, Legal, etc.) in order to resolve issues and provide resolution to employees and line managers.
Responsible for delivering great employee experience through pro-actively addressing employee and line manager needs.
Proactively identify opportunities and solutions which will improve the LM/EE experience and/or the culture of Country HR Ops.
Provide coaching and feedback to line managers, equipping to line managers to deal with HR related matters in a correct and compliant way.
Supports the execution and timely delivery of critical business change initiatives.This includes, but not limited to: Country-specific organization redesign implementation; business/function ramp-up or demobilization events, requiring cross-HR co-ordination e.g. Talent, Integrated Resourcing and International Mobility.
Lead initiatives across HR Advice cluster/s and/or Operations and PFP/PBS teams which will improve the EE/LM experience, ensuring Country Operations Team alignment on processes, ways of working, etc.
Coach and mentor other HR Advisors leveraging on knowledge and experience as Senior HR Advice.
Support Team Lead when it comes to managing the cluster team and on implementing strategies for to improve team engagement and LM/EE experience.
Be able to analyze and use data/trends from Salesforce to address pain-points on processes and ways of working, giving way to initiate Continuous Improvement initiatives for improvement.
Onboard HR Advice new joiners with processes and ways of working, systems such as Workday, Shell People and Salesforce, and scenario-based learning sessions.
Requirements :
University Degree – preferably in HR or any Business course
Minimum 6-8 years related work experience
Well-adept in Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
Experienced in business partnering and stakeholder management
Adept with IT applications with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Very good command of English both written and oral
With analytical and problem-solving skills
Exhibits HR Shared Services Service Excellence behavioral standards
