Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise all strategic and operational functions involving the human resources department including recruitment and selection, benefits, payroll, training, and legal compliance
Collaborate with property management and ownership on the development and implementation of all human resources related strategic and operational goals and initiatives
Develop, implement, and update the yearly budget for the HR department
Maintain and ensure security and confidentiality of Payroll, information systems, and related documents
Resolve and mediate employee conflicts and management situations using progress discipline system
Prepare weekly reports on updates within payroll, benefits, recruiting, training and development, workers' compensation, employee relations, department budgeting, and administration for ownership meetings
Monitor the associate performance appraisal process
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
Ability to work well individually and in teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Up to date knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to build and analyze reports of varying topics and complexity
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field or equivalent directs experience in a similar role
Minimum ten years of experience in a human resources management position
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Previous experience working with Payroll, HRIS, and ATS systems.
Multi-property or Complex experience
