Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers
Utilise applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records and report on recruitment metrics
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting resources
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Work closely with the wider HR team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 years strong experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
