HR Generalist Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeBeing a trusted advisor and service provider to deliver quality HR service to people managers and colleagues including but not limited to onboarding, expatriate management, exit management and throughout employee life cycleSupporting leaders through the performance management process, engagement and local talent programsAdvising with people managers on activities such as performance improvement plans and employee relationsParticipating in cross country/regional HR projects as and when requiredApplying HR data and analytics to allow insight reporting to stakeholders Skills and experience that will lead to successDegree holder in Human Resources Management or related fields preferredMinimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources field, preferably gained from sizable organisationsExcellent interpersonal, influencing and analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with complexity and ambiguityA good teammate, self-driven and result-orientedWell-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislationsGood Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and HRIS (Workday an advantage)Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
