Monthly execution of statutory payments to relevant authorities. Coordinating and working closely with payroll vendor. Works closely with Finance Business Partner to ensure accurate monthly general ledger reporting on all payroll related transactions. Ensures data accuracy between Workday & Payroll record by conducting monthly reconciliation Supports all internal/external audits pertaining to pay related activities Provides compensation details of international assignees to Global Compensation team on a timely manner. Ensuring final pay is calculated accurately and adhering to all local statutory requirements (eg. Tax clearance & leavers checklist management) Working closely with Global LTI and Country Finance for sharesave payout and accurate reporting in year-end tax documents. Supports employees enquiries pertaining to pay related enquiries via ServiceNow. Liaison with government authorities as and when necessary Responsible for record management of all payroll related documentation in accordance with GSK retention policy Supporting Payroll Projects and Payroll Improvement activities. Recommend continuous improvement that enhance timely, responsive, accurate and well controlled service delivery and increase customer satisfaction ratings Follow line managers instruction from time to time. Requirement Minimal diploma / degree in HR, Business or equivalent At least 4 to 6 years of experience in payroll processing and coordination. Meticulous and ability to manage payroll priorities depending on various payroll cut off. Able to manage payroll vendors, tax partnering, internal Finance and HR team. Problem solving capabilities in find solutions that meets payroll objectives. Workday and ServiceNow skills added value. Good command of English writing and speaking skills. Why GSK?
