About the role
We are looking for an intern in the HR department whose main mission will be to recruit and follow up interns for the head office and the network of boutiques and corners in Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger department stores.
This involves:
* Recruitment
- Recruitment and follow-up of internships at the head office (Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR...)
- Recruitment of interns/apprentices in sales outlets (about 90) in total autonomy
- Administrative tasks: establishment of internship agreements and other documents, monitoring of the intern population (Excel table)
* Campus Management
- Follow-up of existing school partnerships - Organization of and participation in various schools forum
- Animation of the student community at PVH (events, afterworks, lunchs etc)
* Projects
- Inclusion and Diversity: Participation in various projects, events, partnerships
BE A BUSINESS PARTNER
- Be creative! Challenge current reports and build you own dashboards in order to have a clear, synthetic vision of the business
- Be analytical! Deep dive into figures and field feedback in order to conclude insights and identify levers for improvement
- Speak-up! Summarize your recommendations and initiate meetings to involve teams and trigger action plans.
These 360° missions can vary all along the season and according to Management requests.
About the Team
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work in close collaboration with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team. For us, team spirit is essential and we are convinced that rigor and good humor are totally compatible!
REQUIRED PROFILE
About You
With a Bac + 4/5 or equivalent diploma, you ideally have a first experience in Human Resources / Recruitment / Project Management. We are also open to profiles from a wide range of backgrounds.
Passionate about the world of fashion and retail, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a culture of results.
Knowing how to anticipate, be reactive and force proposals are key skills for this position.
French and English are mandatory both speaking and writing. You will use daily these 2 languages for your communications.

Important: This is a 6-month internship to be filled from July to December 2022. You must have an internship agreement.
