Responsibilities: 1. Regional Deployment Coordination for Early Careers & Learning Portfolios: Coordinates the deployment of the programs across the regionSupports all pre, during and post program activities for the portfolioConfirms and executes required communication plan / campaignProvides producer support for any in-person ‘virtual’ programmingCompletes tracking, measurement and reporting requirementsFor the Learning Portfolio, the role is currently specifically aligned to deployment of the Aon IQ regional webinar series, Sales Academy and Expertship program. You will also provide important execution support as we devise our action plan / campaign to build our continuous learning culture across the region.For Early Careers, this role will play a pivotal support role in help to track, coordinate and deploy our existing programs (both internships & graduate programs), as well as those activities to be defined within our expansion plans. 2. Singapore L&D Administration:Coordination of local programming;Supporting Singapore Onboarding sessions;Overseeing process for government funding schemes for eligible programs;Supporting Continuing Professional Development accreditation and recording requirements as per the Singapore Insurance Regulator (and other professional qualifications);Administration of local L&D Policy for Professional Program Sponsorship (including actuarial policy) which also includes coordination of sponsorship approvals and claims; andL&D invoice management.Requirements Tertiary qualification preferredPrevious experience working in a fast-paced talent driven environment preferredPrevious experience using Workday and Microsoft webex preferredEquipped with influence, persuasion and negotiation skillsIs analytical, possess critical thinking and innovative thinking skills with strong planning, organising and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communications skillsHow to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
