Job Summary:


Advising and supporting our professional and managerial staff in all personnel-related issues, such as labor law, organizational changes, and personnel development
Initiation and implementation of individual personnel measures (contract changes, transfers, promotions, etc.)
Recruitment of specialists and managers in cooperation with external recruiting agencies
Participation in the negotiation of company agreements
Preparation and implementation of personnel planning
Participation in the optimization of HR processes and strategic HR projects
Close cooperation with internal HR teams (e.g. HR Service Centre, etc.) as well as with the works council


Qualifications:


Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Management assistant with additional qualification as a human resources specialist or comparable training/continuing education
Experience in personnel work, ideally as a personnel officer
Enjoy dynamic processes
Strong advisory skills and service orientation
Enjoy cooperation with internal and external partners as well as intercultural or interdisciplinary teams
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
