POSITION SUMMARY:
Be a strategic thought partner across all areas of Human Resources and the business to identify opportunities for using people metrics and analytics to improve HR performance and drive business performance. The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about using data to drive business results, has a curious mind, and strong analytical, and consulting skills. The candidate is required to juggle multiple activities at a tactical level as well as identify opportunities that will lead to more value for PVH.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and clarify critical people issues
Utilize descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics to turn data into meaningful cross functional business insights and strategic and operational decision support
Leads the delivery of HR metrics globally ensuring that the data is relevant, timely and tells a meaningful story
Develop a CoE for HR Data Analytics by becoming a thought leader who defines the roadmap for data analytics as well as educates the HR teams to become more data savvy and better story tellers using data
Conducts predictive and behavioral modeling in support of talent acquisition, turnover and retention, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement. Applying Natural Languages Process (NLP) and looking for meaningful insights
Challenges the status quo and constantly seeks continuous improvement for all HR processes, initiatives, ways of working, etc.
Play a SME role on HR technology projects as related to reporting and analytics
Manages 3 direct reports with potential to expand the team further
Experience:
5+ years professional experience being a part of / leading People analytics CoEs with exposure and understanding of reporting and HR systems with 3+ years of people management experience
Knowledge of Python and/or R, other relational database analytical tools, as well as a willingness and ability to pick up new skills in this area.
Knowledge of appropriate statistical, data science and machine learning techniques to apply to solve specific business problems
Experienced people/team leader
Education:
BA or BS required, MS or PHD preferred
Skills:
Good analytics and problem-solving skills – approaches problems with rigorous logic and a curious mind
Good storyteller and consultation and being able to communicate key findings
Effective communication skills; ability to 'telling stories'
Independently identify key issues, patterns or deviations from norm
