RESPONSABILITÉS
Assurer une mise en œuvre et une configuration de qualité de la solution de gestion des RH d'ADP en fonction des besoins du client et des activités des RH.
Analyser et comprendre les besoins du client en matière de gestion des RH afin de configurer la base de données d'ADP de façon appropriée.
Procéder à la formation du client, aux essais et à la validation avant le premier traitement RÉEL de la paie.
Gérer divers comptes, du lancement du projet jusqu'à sa conclusion, en assistant le client à toutes les étapes de la mise en œuvre.
Gérer les risques liés aux projets et les recours hiérarchiques jusqu'à la résolution.
Respecter les échéanciers des projets.

Études postsecondaires et pertinentes liées aux ressources humaines
Connaissances, expérience et compétences
Exigences :
Minimum de 2 années d'expérience pertinente en gestion des RH
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
Bilinguisme
Expérience en interaction directe avec les clients
Excellentes aptitudes en matière de gestion de clients, de relations interpersonnelles et de gestion de projet
Aptitude à l'autonomie et débrouillardise, assorties à la capacité d'être un excellent joueur d'équipe
Connaissance d'Excel

Responsibilities
Own the engagement with the client during stand alone and multi product implementations
Adhere to the ADP Implementation Methodology to implement HR solutions to new and existing ADP clients
Assume responsibility and accountability for their client projects
Partner with Sales and Service to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client Services
Analyze client's HR needs via the telephone or at client site to determine the necessary setup
Configure ADP HR accounts that follow the Paytech Major and/or National Accounts guidelines
Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades
Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of project
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness
Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up
Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise
Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that project and solutions and delivered on time
Formally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutions
Prepare client profile/file including all options/features as per sales order
Support client through validation, testing and go live stages
Responsible to ensure quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targets
Facilitate and schedule calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first use and troubleshooting
Assist client in scheduling all training as well as communicate training plans
Where required, provide on-site training for those clients that need further support/assistance
Provide support to their assigned clients until turned over to the Transition Team/Client Services
Update/Maintain E-Start/Backlog
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR capacity
Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required
Project management knowledge
General knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts
Bilingual
Effective communication skills
Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams.
Education
Post-secondary education or related business experience
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation would be considered an asset.
