Aon's People Organization is looking for Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing company! We value partnership among our colleagues! The Recruiting Coordinator's role is to administer various aspects of recruitment administration, including candidate management and interview event logistics management. The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with and provides support to the Talent Acquisition Team to efficiently manage the candidate selection process. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for key administrative elements from scheduling interviews to driving process change Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews Coordinate candidate travel Schedule post interview feedback sessions Track candidate activity and data in the ATS Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish. Provide appropriate and timely follow-up. Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments, provide warm hand-offs when referring matters to others, and verify customer satisfaction when issues are transferred to others. Work with assessor team and hiring manager to ensure that candidates can get through the interview process in a timely manner. If schedules are busy, work with hiring manager and recruiter to find alternate times or assessors. Rescheduling of interviews and procuring additional assessors as needed Provide back up support to team members in the US and counterparts in Poland Qualifications: Strong customer service orientation Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities.
