u003cpu003eThe Director of Talent Acquisition will support Littleru0026rsquo;s strategic talent initiatives with respect to all hiring needs including associates, lateral shareholders, special counsel, LCS counsel, KM counsel and corporate staff.u0026nbsp; This position will provide leadership and oversight to the Talent Acquisition team and work in close partnership with the National Recruiting Team, Management Committee, and Office Managing Shareholders to recruit top legal talent.
