Works collaboratively with the Director of Human Resources in supporting divisional goals and business objectives across all groups.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment plan for open positions which includes reviewing/editing job descriptions, conducting interviews and/or working with the Talent Acquisition team, and providing feedback to hiring managers. Research and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.Support the recruitment and hiring of all temporary, full time and holiday help associates in the Call Center which includes coordination with staffing agencies.Assist with reviewing and updating job descriptionsAssist with annual performance evaluation process by working with managers to review Performance Related InputManage special projects and events, including Take Your Children to Work Day, and the creation and coordination of special projects and programs.Provide support to Director and VP Human Resources for organizational restructures which may include drafting severance agreements, creating communication plans and conducting separation conversationsSupport creation of visually appealing Human Resources related decks and presentations including Talent ReviewTrack Visitor Declaration forms for pandemic protocolOther tasks and special projects as assigned.Experience: 1-3 years Human Resources experience. Education: BA/BS Degree. HR Certification desirable.
