Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist with the processing/qualifying and onboarding of new drivers for Fraley & Schilling.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist recruiters by processing driver candidates to qualify them for orientation
Complete employment verifications and run background check reports
Assist in booking rental vehicles with Enterprise
Assist in booking hotel rooms for new drivers
Manage and approve invoices for assigned vendors
Review and process drivers for Sign-On Bonus installments
Track and process orientation reimbursements
Activate EFS cards and enter data into TMW
Update weekly spreadsheets (Sign-On Bonus, Referrals, New Hire, Employment Verification Tracking etc.)
Act as a backup to Administrative Assistant

Proficient computer skills
Customer service skills
Analytical skills
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment
Critical thinking and ability to use logical reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in recruitment
