JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst supporting the US and Canada. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining HR data; researching and resolving data-related issues in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Workforce Software Systems; collaborating with vendors to facilitate resolution of issues; consulting on, creating, updating and distributing reports to end-users; providing internal consulting support; collaborating with external vendors to resolve issues; collaborating with other internal departments to ensure data integrity across all workstreams; identifying areas for improvements to improve customer service levels; working with team members to update training documentation; assisting with definition and execution of system testing.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field preferred *Strong analytical skills *2-5 years experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues *Strong communication and listening skills *Ability to comprehend and intuitively meet the customers' requirements *Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel *Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workforce Software, or other HR cloud solution
