Serves as Administrative Assistant and support for the HR Department and main front desk reception. Understands basic recruitment functions, new hire onboarding setup and file maintenance. Other various duties include administrative functions, customer service, quality and compliance, safety, wellness, and retention programs. Special projects will be assigned accordingly as routine workload fluctuates.
Requirements
Administrative skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to readily learn software programs.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel/move independently or with reasonable accommodations within the facility and community, availability of a vehicle, ability to communicate clearly and to work overtime as needed.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
Applicant must pass a background check.
Required Experience
3-5 years
Formal training in secretarial/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience
