As a member of the Corporate Human Resources team, the HRBP will work closely with Leadership to support the overall function of the department, provide recommendations, protect corporate culture, lead initiatives and employee relations matters, and manage special projects.
To Do:
Oversees and manages HR compliance in regards to Federal, State, and Local employment laws (including Equal Pay, Paid Sick Leave (PSL) laws, FLSA, etc.)
Leads consultant/contract employee relations, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and conducting investigations, as appropriate
Assists SVP of Human Resources with legal matters, including EEOC inquiries, legal matters, attorney requests, etc.
Drafts internal offer letters and compensation change memos and ensures standardization of compensation plans
Manages background, drug, and occupational health screening program and vendor. Creates and conducts training for all end users. Facilitates quarterly business review with SVP of Human Resources and vendor.
Assists HR department with improving efficiency of HR team by proposing process changes, creating training, and coaching employees

Administer exit interview surveys. Shares feedback with executive team members and strategizes next steps based on feedback, as needed.
Manages and completes companywide annual performance review. Works directly with executive team to process annual merit increases.
Assists Senior HRBP with various research projects and/or special projects
Performs other tasks and projects, as assigned
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent, required; PHR or SPHR, preferred
2-4 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in sales, consulting, or professional services; at least 4 years of experience working in a professional environment
Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, required
Experience working with Bullhorn, Kronos, HRIS, preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
Experience working with Sterling Background Check vendor is preferred
Ability to collaborate with, partner with, and influence individuals across all departments and at all levels
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a calm and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales and consulting environment in a rapidly growing organization
Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, team player
