Ensure smooth implementation of all client related initiatives including renewal and remarketing (review of renewal terms, preparation of renewal proposal / claims analysis) Service DeliveryHold direct responsibilities over their deliveries and management of clientsCustomer approach/service excellenceEnsure strong collaboration between Client Relations and the rest of the functional (e.g., Broking, Claims, Flex, Admin) Teams in delivering distinctive client valueSolves a range of straightforward and complex problemsPresentation of the benefits programme to employeeResponsible for timely premium receivable & credit controlHandling the enquiries from both HR and employeesAct as escalation point for all clients’ queries/feedback Skills and experience that will lead to successDiploma in any relevant disciplineMinimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MASMinimum 7 years of experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectorClient management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills requiredAbility to handle and influence key stakeholders internally and externallySelf-disciplined and organizedInter-personal skill and focus on service excellenceProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
