Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for driving critical projects and business analytics for predicting and improving performance of how we recruit. You will leverage insights and data that will be key to how we shape our recruitment strategies and the various change initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Effectively engage, lead and influence stakeholders on the planning and delivery of Talent Acquisition projects with high level of quality and commitment to timeline and scope. Design and introduce new processes and solutions to drive efficiency and quality of Talent Acquisition *Define program roadmap in alignment with Bell's strategic imperatives, ensure the effective alignment, integration and control of the program's projects *Preparation & facilitation of internal and executive presentations related to program, roadmaps, and projects including strategic vision *Work closely with senior resources in other departments to define high level project scope, build partnerships cross-functionally to influence, identify solutions, and implement/operationalize strategies *Leads and collaborates on elaboration of business cases to support program scope and/or monetary investment. Prioritize recommendations (according to impact, cost, feasibility, or other criteria) for consumption by higher management *Communicate with and report to stakeholders to provide an integrated perspective on the overall strategy and specific projects within Talent Acquisition. *Vendor relationship management: Vendor sourcing, negotiations and management (AI technology, agencies, pre-employment assessments, sourcing tools etc). *Leads projects and manage project plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology (Project Charter, Scope, WBS, Budget, Action Registers, etc.) *Design and introduce new processes and solutions to drive efficiency and quality of Talent Acquisition *Use analytical techniques, predictive modelling and forecasting to process large volumes of data from multiple sources into actionable opportunities
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
*Experience designing and leading large scale projects of varying levels of complexity and scope *Demonstrated ability to effectively lead project teams and stakeholders with varying desired outcomes, to achieve established project deliverables *Ability to translate numbers into action, to make evidence-based decisions *Must exercise independent judgment and complete projects independently *Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills *Experience in developing automated reporting *Excellent oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES (NICE-TO-HAVES)
*5+ years of Project Management experience is an asset *Experience with creating reports/queries in BOBJ *Project Management Designation/Certification is an asset *Talent Acquisition Experience with agency or corporate experience preferred, with a history of results & excellent performance
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
