Human Resources Executive

Profile

A Human Resources Executive will be responsible of Human Resource related activities including recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Executive , you are responsible for all Human Resources Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities. Specifically, a Human Resources Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:


Initiate recruitment activities
Input data into the hotel payroll system and communicate with payroll to ensure accuracy
Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activities
Support Human Resources activities, including onboarding, work experience program, careers fairs, training materials, and Team Member opinion surveys
Serve as the point of contact for Team Member issues and manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests
Keep current with employment law, human resources policies, and training requirements
Prepare special reports or projects, as requested
Assist in determining training requirements and support training initiatives
Organize the Team Member social events
Help achieve departmental goals
Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge of hospitality
Bachelor degree in HR related majors such as Human Resources, Psychological Counseling and Guidance & Psychology
