The Opportunity Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our enterprise HR team to provide support specific to our Florida locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and is an effective communicator and influencer of associates at all levels of an organization. The HR Manager role will involve associate onboarding, training, compliance, associate relations, and being the connector between the location and our enterprise Human Resources team. Click here to learn more.Responsibilities nPartner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard new team members.nDevelop and deliver trainings to new and existing associates, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth.nHandle all associate relations matters and complaints, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution. Participate in grievance process for union associates when applicable.nEnsure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.nPartner with leadership on talent management and development programs.nParticipate in internal auditing and the maintenance and safeguarding of associate files.nAct as a connector between the location and our enterprise HR team, advocating and educating for consistent and best practice policies and practices and sharing insights and knowledge unique to the location.nQualifications nMinimum 7-10 years HR management experience with at least 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.nBachelor's degree in human resources management or related field required; PHR or SPHRcertification is a plus.nExperience with applicant tracking systems required; iCIMS knowledge preferred.nExperience with PeopleSoft or similar system, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.nMust be able to travel locally in Florida aout 10-20% or as needed.nWho We Are At Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
