Description

Humana has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional. The VSP Senior Clinical Recruiter recruits and interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions for our Primary Care Organization. Humana is seeking a recruiter who is a self-starter, able to work independently with a strong work ethic, works with a sense of urgency, and able to stay organized and manage competing priorities. Ultimately, you will proactively identify and qualify candidates for Medical Assistants, Medical Coders, RNs and other primary care clinic-based staff roles in multiple markets. The Senior Clinical Recruiter assignments involve moderately complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

This role is 100% remote. This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. VSPs are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits.

What we need your help with:


Proactively partners with hiring managers to meet business demands
Create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these using Humana's applicant tracking system
Review and analyze resumes through various sources for hiring managers
Introduce qualified candidates and facilitate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
Strong emphasis on sourcing candidates for Medical Assistants, Coders, RNs and other clinic staff roles in a number of markets.
Recruiter maintains awareness of the competitor landscape, schools within the markets, association meetings and conferences, and market intel
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with TA Marketing team
Attend career days, job fairs and represents Humana at recruiting conferences
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments


What you need for success! - Required Qualifications


Minimum of 3 years demonstrated recruiting experience and success in outpatient primary health care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter and able to work independently
Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases
As a work at home associate you must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Required: the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies
Strong knowledge of Boolean searches
Previous CRM experience


Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field. Every associate and contractor who work inside a Humana facility or in the field, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a daily health-screening questionnaire.

Please note: Some areas of our business, such as the Primary Care Organization including CenterWell, Conviva, Kindred at Home, onehome, SeniorBridge, Neighborhood Centers, Pharmacy Distribution Centers and others, may be required to adhere to federal, state or local or additional workplace guidelines.

Work-At-Home Requirements:

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
